Jujuy Conecta

City-scale problems are not solved with isolated apps.

Jujuy Conecta is a provincial civic super app: it centralizes transport, tourism, jobs, social resources, safety, marketplace, and notifications in a single PWA.

Vision#

Unify fragmented transport, tourism, jobs, social resources, and public-service information into one consistent, accessible, and extensible experience for citizens and operations.

How it works (technical)#

●

Frontend SPA with React + TypeScript + Vite.

●

Internal route navigation via React Router (no full-page reload).

●

Data layer on Supabase (PostgreSQL + Auth + RLS).

●

Sensitive flows on Vercel serverless functions (/api): push notifications, preferences, assistant proxy, home aggregation, and deeplinks.

●

Cache and sync powered by React Query.

●

Interactive map with MapLibre/Mapbox through react-map-gl.

●

PWA with manifest + service worker, installable with browser push support.

●

Vercel deployment with SPA rewrites and notification cron jobs.

Modules#

●

Home: operational summary across modules.

●

Transport: lines, stops, map, and citizen reports.

●

Tourism: places, routes, hotels, events, weather, and map.

●

Jobs: search/filters, detail views, applications, and moderation.

●

Social resources: geolocated community services directory.

●

Safety: categorized alerts by severity.

●

Services: marketplace, schedule, courses, advisory, campaigns, and special events.

●

Notifications: permission and channel management.

●

Admin: role-gated content and operations panel.

●

Editorial content: journal, podcast, and legal pages.

Architecture#

Modern modular architecture by domain: SPA frontend, Supabase BaaS for data/auth/policies, serverless functions for privileged logic, and interactive geospatial mapping on client.

Integrations#

●

Supabase for database, authentication, and row-level access control (RLS).

●

Vercel Functions as lightweight privileged backend.

●

Robust push pipeline: per-user/device subscriptions, per-channel preferences, deduplication, rate limiting, retries, and digest mode.

●

AI assistant via N8N webhook (LLM decoupled from frontend).

●

Google Tag Manager + GA4 for centralized analytics.

●

Data export (jobs, for example) to Excel.

●

External events/schedule integration (Wix) and booking deeplinks.

Technical strengths#

●

Scalable, low-ops architecture (SPA + BaaS + serverless).

●

High modularity by domain: transport, tourism, jobs, safety, marketplace, admin.

●

Applied security: RLS, protected endpoints, secrets kept outside client.

●

Strong functional UX: maps, advanced filters, installable PWA, segmented push notifications.

●

Business observability through standardized analytics.

Product strengths#

●

Public-impact product with real-time actionable data.

●

Unified citizen and operational experience.

●

Clear territorial communication through geospatial UX.

Impact#

Established the technical base for a provincial super app capable of scaling modules, improving operational transparency, and enabling new digital citizen services.

Project summary#

I designed and built Jujuy Conecta as a civic super-app PWA using React + TypeScript + Vite, Supabase, and Vercel Functions. I integrated transport, tourism, jobs, safety, and marketplace modules with interactive maps, segmented push notifications, and role-gated operations, delivering a scalable foundation for public digital services.

If you are hiring for public digital infrastructure projects, I am interested in joining.

I can contribute civic platform architecture, module integration, and end-to-end execution.
